General Assembly 2024

The 17th General Assembly of our association was held on Saturday, May 4, 2024
in the wedding room of the Mesnil-Mauger Town Hall (*).

At the General Meeting, Christopher Clegg with Pierre Betelaud and Laurence Badel.

Thus, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., we were able to address all the items on the agenda, which reported on the actions carried out in recent months, which allowed us to outline the perspectives
that lie ahead, to share our projects, our ambitions and our objectives.

The agenda was as follows:
• Validation of the quorum
• Reminder of the purpose of our association
• Objectives of the General Assembly
• Moral report and activity report 2023
• Presentation of the 2023 accounts
• Memberships and contributions
• Renewal and expansion of the Board of Directors
• Evolution and projects
• Round table

At 2:15 p.m., the president’s first words were thanks to Madame Laurence Badel: parliamentary attaché in charge of relations with associations and to Mr. Pierre Betelaud, parliamentary attaché in charge of relations with residents, civil society and elected officials; both represented Mr. Jérémie Patrier-Leitus,
MP for the 3rd constituency of Calvados
.
Thanks were also extended to the members present, as well as to all those who sent a proxy to represent them.
After validation of the quorum, the 17th General Assembly was declared open.

All the items on the agenda having been addressed, the General Meeting ended at 3:15 p.m..
Then, we separated around 4:15 p.m. after sharing a friendly drink, the opportunity to taste the products of the Ferme du Bout du Chemin.

(*) Once again, we thank Mr. Bruno Guiard, deputy mayor of Mesnil-Mauger, for having made the wedding room of the town hall available to us so that we could hold our General Meeting.
