SAINT-MACLOU CHAPEL
Let’s affirm our commitment to our region’s heritage – Together, let’s share a vision for the Saint-Maclou Chapel!
This Executive Summary was presented on February 17, 2025, to François Aubey, Mayor of Mézidon Vallée d’Auge, and Bruno Guiard, Deputy Mayor of Mesnil-Mauger.
The objective of this document was to share with the municipality of Mézidon Vallée d’Auge our vision for the Saint-Maclou Chapel, to outline our intentions regarding its restoration, development, and the desired facilities to promote and secure public access to the site; and to suggest a participatory approach, a methodology for approaching and collaborating.
In accordance with the statutes of our association, the Friends of the Saint-Maclou Chapel, our “Saint-Maclou Chapel” project is a partnership with the municipality of Mézidon Vallée d’Auge, the owner of the site. Respectful of ethics and codes of conduct, we are committed to assisting the municipality of Mézidon Vallée d’Auge, the project owner, at each phase of the intervention and up to the delivery date.
