This report is currently being developed. It will be available and posted online as soon as it has been presented to François Aubey, Mayor of Mézidon Vallée d’Auge, and Bruno Guiard, Deputy Mayor of Le Mesnil-Mauger.
It is indeed essential, before launching any consultations, to know where we are starting from in order to know where we are going.
This report will provide a comprehensive overview of the site’s condition in all its environmental and architectural aspects, suggest proposals for restoration, refurbishment, and development, establish appropriate diagnostics, and prioritize interventions.
Looking at these few images, one can gauge the scale of the work to be carried out. It appears that interventions will be necessary in very diverse areas, requiring the services of specialized craftsmen or companies qualified in renovation, restoration, repair and development; all with the utmost respect for the rules of the art…
