On the north façade of the choir, at the junction of the wall and the roof, monitor the waterproofing and proceed with filling the stone joints. Consolidate everything to prevent part of the cornice from collapsing.
On the south façade of the choir, check the watertightness at the joint with the roof, proceed with filling the vertical crack at the junction with the nave.
Work to be carried out as quickly as possible to avoid a worsening of the situation.
